Sometimes we send out notices to Wisaard users that Wisaard will be down for maintenance, upgrades etc… But you may or may not receive the message. Why is that? DAHP uses the email address that you provided to SAW when you signed up for an account for notification of maintenance and updates. This may be different than the email that you provided when you signed up for the WISAARD application itself. If your email is not up to date in the SAW system then you will not receive these updates. You also will not be able to reset your password if you accidentally lock yourself out of SAW. To check your email is correct in the SAW system:
- Log into SAW
- Choose the Account Management tab
- It should take you to the update my profile page. If not click Update My Profile near the top of the page.
- Update any information
- Click Modify
- The system will then send you an email to confirm the changes. Follow any instructions in the email to confirm these changes.
ALSO, when we send out these notices, some email servers, especially federal government email servers, reject the messages. There are over 1000 Wisaard users and we cannot contact everyone individually. But we also post the information on the blog, website, and Facebook page.
