EZ Webinar for non-cultural resources professionals

Time: 10 am until 11:15 am
Join Kim Gant for a comprehensive training webinar on the EZ forms including a tutorial of the EZ-2 in Wisaard. This webinar is limited to 100 participants and registration is required.  

This training will cover:

  • When EZ-1,  EZ-2, and EZ-3 forms are necessary
  • Searching for existing properties on the map 
  • Searching for existing properties in Search
  • Using existing records to complete a new EZ-2 form
  • Creating a new record to complete a new EZ-2 form
  • Adding photos and photo quality
  • Submitting the Activity
  • Activity Status
  • Finding the determination of eligibility for a property
  • Printing
  • Completing an EZ-3

Registrants will receive an email a few days before the webinar to link to the webinar. Everyone is welcome to participate. However, this training is geared to EZ users, not cultural resource professionals or federal agencies. EZ-2 users are generally community service organization staff that are required to consult with DAHP for housing assistance programs in accordance with Section 106 or state or local government agency staff that are consulting with DAHP in accordance with Executive Order 0505 or SEPA. We will not cover the full Project module, full HPI form, or Archy site form in this session.



Wisaard Training - Project Module, E-APE and Archaeology Site form
Date: July 18, 2017
Time: 9 am to noon
Location: LOTT Board Room, 500 Adams St. NE, Olympia 

Instructors: Kim Gant and Morgan McLemore 

Training will cover:

  • Project module and submitting materials to DAHP
  • Project Contacts
  • New E-APE feature
  • Archaeology site form and TCP form

This will be the last training on the archaeology site form for a while as Morgan will be on maternity leave beginning in September. If you attended a Wisaard training last fall please leave these spots open for those who were not able to attend. I will be offering additional training on E-APE in the coming months. This session is limited to 40 participants. It is geared to cultural resource professionals, tribes, and agencies that regularly use Wisaard for compliance or historic resource recordation.
