DAHP moved to an online Historic Property Inventory Management System in July of 2010. In order to gain access to this system, all users must sign up for a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account. This is a quick and easy process and we have supplied a tutorial to walk you through the process. Once you have set up your SAW account, you need to log back in to select the HPI “service” – we have a second tutorial to help you with that step.
This new online management system allows users to work more collaboratively with their inventory teams as well as clients and DAHP. All information is housed on DAHP servers, so there will no longer be the old process of downloading an independent MS Access database and exporting records and photos to us.
An online tutorial was developed by DAHP and is available 24/7 to help answer your HPI questions. Questions? Email or call Megan Duvall, Survey Program Manager, at megan.duvall@dahp.wa.gov or by phone at (360) 586-3074.
